Outsourcing Projects In Today's Global Economy
One of the hot political topics facing the United States political establishment today is the tendency of businesses to practice the philosophy of outsourcing projects. Many people have an opinion that nothing should be outsourced, but the ability that companies have to outsource projects keeps domestic costs down.
Skilled labor in the United States is expensive. In addition to health insurance, employers need to set up office space and pay into retirement plans. Outsourcing projects and creating a network of freelancers is a great way to reduce the overhead costs of running a business.
The Internet has become the most powerful marketing tool on the planet. Take a step back and put it into perspective. At any given moment, hundreds of millions of people are linked to the Internet. The possibilities for reaching large groups of people are greater now than at any other time in history. Plus, Internet connection speeds are so rapid now that the flow of information is nearly instantaneous. When the term ‘Information Super-Highway’ was coined – broadband was in its infancy. Today it seems like the world is connected and this reinforces the need for virtual marketplaces.
If you conduct some research on the web, you can find that there are a variety of websites dedicated to outsourcing projects. One such website is guru.com. This well-designed website is a virtual marketplace accessible from anywhere in the world. In addition to the snappy design, guru.com has over a dozen categories of freelance projects for freelancers and employers to find and post projects in respectively.
If you log onto elance.com, you can also find a virtual market where outsourcing projects has become en vogue. The professionals on elance are top-notch and cover many different areas: writing, logo and graphic design, software, and website design, to name a few.
Another entry into the growing coliseum of virtual employment is rentacoder.com. This website specializes in software and computer professionals. Not only are there a great deal of competent computer professionals in the United States – they are all over the world. India, for instance has been receiving jobs that companies in the U.S. have been outsourcing.
There is no way to stop outsourcing projects. It is just the way business is headed. If you found one store with an item at a great discount, wouldn’t you go check it out?

how to be a money getting all the time.
People swear by all God's creation that they want money but won't do the things to obtain money and then keep it. Its not easy. As a matter of fact its hard. Its hard to do the same thing day in and day out. Over and Over again. You remember how borning it was to talk to that person who forgets they told you the story before (everybody has one of those friends).
Now getting money take first a desire to get motivate and do. This is hard for most because people suffer from what I call NO FOCUS.... if you can't FOCUS on a goal or goals then this is not for you. So the first as we said is a desire to do.

opportunity
Although I have held this opinion for a while, I have finally found a new site that I think is absolutely worth explaining to the tweeters and stumblers out there - Quora(www.quora.com)Believe it or not, this site is not all that new; it was created in 2009 by the former CTO of Facebook, Adam D'Angelo. However, it seems that it is now finally getting more publicity. It is a site where you can ask a question and then receive an answer from a reliable source (unlike my current, less than reassuring website Wikipedia). Quora seems to pull together a lot of features that you will find on other information/social networking sites:
* Users have the ability to vote for the answers they find most relevant or most correct. This is Quora's way of making sure the best answers are seen at the top.
* Any answer to a question will be linked to the person who answered the question.
* Anyone can make revisions to a question, and all revisions will be tracked based on who made the revision. This allows for clear and concise questions to appear on the site.
* Related questions and their answers will also be shown when typing in a question you may have. Just try reading first then dive in.

Tim from Ploose provided an excellent review of traffic networks in his affiliate newsletter last week. I strongly sugest that you join his network so you can get access to his affiliate newsletters which provide great information, and they also have some of the best paying offers also.
The following is some of his comments about traffic networks:
AdMarketplace - Great PPC Network, great staff, great UI (user-interface) and lots of traffic and targetting options. In AMP it is key to not only choose the right keywords but also split test many text ads as well as optimize per traffic source (what publisher essentially in admarketplace is displaying the ad on his/her site etc). Some sources do great for a certain keyword while other sources may do terrible for that same keyword so basing it solely on your keyword performance like you would in adwords or adcenter for example is a quick way to lose money so make sure you really check out the traffic sources section as you can disable the non performing ones, increase or lower bids incrementally per traffic source and more.
POF Ads - Plenty of Fish Ads is very similar to facebook in that its ALL demographic related and interest related. You choose age range, likes, habits, marital status etc etc. Again - you must REALLY know your demographics here and test test test with any of these networks!
TrafficVance - Great PPV Network and in my opinion the best however my personal favorite thing about TrafficVance certainly isnt PPV, its the in-text ads. With MANY campaigns I have run personally I have found that many times the in-text ad clicks (you per per click) are FAR higher quality than even adwords or adcenter in most cases. Do not underestimate in-text (inline text)! It is a great traffic source/type and still something many people are not taking advantage of.
LeadImpact - Also a great PPV network and 2nd best next to TrafficVance but does have a large amount of volume as well and possibly even more than TrafficVance but it is keyword/target and even time dependent.

Due Diligence
With money, there's one ingredient we must have with no compromise except if you were born with a silver spoon in your mouth or get paid for your stupidity.....thats Due Diligence...a must-have.
We have to have it because nothing happens by mistake with money except losing it and even then you made a decide to lose it because you didn't do your due diligence(but thtas another story on another day and blog). Due diligence is define as....doing what needs to be done in order to be successful...(thats in a nutshell). That means investigating everything and being confident about you acting on the right experience.
Now investigations involves asking questions and getting answers from the right people...and we can easily accomplish this with discussion groups.. most people get spooked by discussion groups because they hate to participle by sharing their honesty(knowledge...LOL). People don't want to look stupid so they don't do it. But look at this way, be the life of the party, be the one who always bring the questions like you would the beer if you want to shade yourself. That what I do and I learn a lot.
Now a good business discussion group is at www.moneymakerdiscussion.com/forum/register.php?referrerid=110123

The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes
">DEALS-DEALS-DEALS
Well first of all, in order to get deals you must be early......."the early bird catches the worm".....that won't change, thats written in stone.
Now we are talking 4 to 5 weeks early...most retailers start their sales 4-5 weeks before the event or holiday takes place. Rightfully so because they want to experience the full effect of a promotion.
Now Valentine's Day is coming and you want to be on point. We are at the 4 week grace period so its time to shop around and see what deals are out there...
With this method, you can make good money decisions and get what will make the receiver of your gift happy....They will feel the thought giving to the experience.
Use comparative sites or sites that compare offers like what-do-u-think.zliolist.com

SCAMS
SCAMS-SCAMS-SCAMS-SCAMSWell, aren't you sick of them. Everybody feels they are on the yellow brick road going to see the wizard BUT SCAMS are everywhere. You have people who are so entangled in the scams that they propagate the scams without even knowing it. Thats a shame. We can't be one of them.
My mantra is try free things, learn from free things, and listen to free things carefully. Don't get this wrong there are free things that lead you to scams. Just be careful. And as the saying goes "A close mouth don't get fed" so you must try, you must do, and most importantly you must make mistaken but learn from all these aspects.
You can sign up for free newsletters and join all types of free offerings at just4us.getdeals.us

Saving
People always talk about saving but do they actually know how to save money..Most of our teaching on savings come like a guessing game or from what we see our parents did trying to save.
now savings could take all types of shapes but the formula is the same whether you are saving bottle caps or saving a million dollars...first you must commit like all the other alikes of money......then being patient on that committment......and their are many methods of saving. Some work better then others but sacrifice is the name of all these methods....
Today I will share one method....coupons! Now coupons are tricky because retailers give out coupons in hopes that you the custom, will save (a little) on one product only to buy another product with those savings and more of your earned money in your pocket....but we have a trick for them.....for now on we will read the savings on the coupon and pocket the money as actual savings. We will do exactly what the coupon says, if it says "Save $1.00 then we will put that greenback in the bank or a money market account (not under the bed)".
Coupons are easy to find online. You can google.com the keyword Coupons and thousands of sites will offer you an array of sponsors.
